Refund policy

1. General Returns

If you need to return an item, it must first be sent to Greenspeed Innovations for inspection. Please contact us at support@greenspeed.co.za to initiate the process.

If the item is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will proceed with the return request through the relevant supplier or manufacturer.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Be in their original packaging (unless the item is faulty).
  • Include proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued once the item has:
  • Been inspected and verified by Greenspeed Innovations, and
  • Been approved as a valid return by the supplier or manufacturer, where applicable.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
