All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change without notice.

5. Order Processing & Availability

Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted with options for a refund or replacement.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

6.2 Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable couriers to ensure timely delivery.

6.3 Shipping Costs

A standard delivery fee of R99 (ex VAT) applies to orders under R5 000.
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.

6.4 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times apply after the order has been processed:

Central Areas:

  • Pretoria: 1–2 working days
  • Johannesburg: 1–2 working days
  • Bloemfontein: 1–2 working days
  • Durban: 1–2 working days
  • Port Elizabeth: 2–5 working days
  • Cape Town: 2–5 working days

Regional Areas:

  • Surrounding and rural areas
  • Courier services run once a week
  • 5–9 working days

These time frames are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, load shedding, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Refund Policy

7.1. General Returns

If you need to return an item, it must first be sent to Greenspeed Innovations for inspection. Please contact us at support@greenspeed.co.za to initiate the process.

If the item is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will proceed with the return request through the relevant supplier or manufacturer.

7.2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be in their original packaging (unless the item is faulty).
  • Include proof of purchase.

7.3. Refund Approval

Refunds will only be issued once the item has:

  • Been inspected and verified by Greenspeed Innovations, and
  • Been approved as a valid return by the supplier or manufacturer, where applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Warranty

All warranties are provided in accordance with the product manufacturer or supplier’s warranty policy. Warranty claims must follow the documented procedure defined for that product.

We do not guarantee:

  • Product lifespan
  • Performance beyond the manufacturer’s specifications
  • Fitness for a specific purpose
